an impossible job

I find myself repeating this phrase a lot this year…

It’s a good reminder of just how insanely stupid and ridiculous this job is.

Teaching hard. And it’s, like, maybe a quarter of the job, at most.

If you can reframe this job, as something that is impossible to be perfect at, then it creates more space to try, and to fail.
