For my Monday warm ups so far this year, I am showing images of nature, and simply posing the question: “What do you notice and wonder?”

A classic warm up prompt, an easy thing to create, and it ties directly into our goal here.

Not all warm ups need to warm up the math skills. They can also serve as a gentle reminder that math is everywhere.
