two months, two steps

It’s been two months since I published my first blog post.

I don’t know if anyone really reads this stuff, or has looked at my resources, or has thought this might be cool.

I know the traffic here is small, at this point.

I could just be writing these for myself.

But, the funny thing is… That’s the whole point of this thing, isn’t it?

You can’t just get to the top of a mountain without a bit of work.

My hopes and dreams are my journey becomes as crowded as a hike in Yosemite in the middle of the summer, but it’s not right now, and that’s okay.

My students aren’t experts right away.

My teaching will never be perfect.

My ideas are never finalized.

My school will never fix everything.

But we all keep moving forward, step by step.

Some say the first step is the hardest…. I think it’s the second one.
